We found the bean a bit too light and the coffee with too much acidity. As an espresso, we did not like it, in the cappuccino was good.
Absolutely supportable concept where you feel that it is pursued with a lot of heart and passion, fantastic and truly unique coffee taste! The price may be Justified, but is the reason why the coffee is drunk (so far) only on weekends and not every day.

We are thrilled to release the first harvest of our new farm La Tierra. Tierra means „Earth, Soil“ in Spanish. This farm is located 1.600 meters high on the stunning Colombian Andes. We bought the farm in 2023 and it was cultivated with conventional methods, however, plenty of rare native trees are conserved here, allowing us to produce shade-grown coffee.
We started using regenerative agriculture right after the purchase, building and activating the biology to get healthy soil and planting other plant species. A walk on this farm makes you feel like you are in a lush jungle. Surrounded by huge native trees, birds lying around, the sound of wind and water, a breath of fresh air. It makes you feel connected to the Earth.
This is the first harvest of La Tierra and nature presents a clean, sweet, and juicy, cup with flavors of chocolate, toffee, and fruity acidity that reminds of raspberries. It all closes with notes of wild honey. We used the traditional washed method and then left the coffee to ferment for 36 hours. This process ends in a very clean and juicy taste, typically found in Colombia’s Coffee. Our coffee is then roasted to perfection in Kiel – Germany by Marietta Leonhard, Kopiton.
The roast profile follows the natural taste of the coffee (Omni-roast). We present a light to medium roast that can be used for both filter and espresso. This style of roast presents a unique flavor profile, that pays respect to the terroir. Don’t expect the bitter notes of the classic espresso here. Our coffee is Freshly roasted, every week.
