IMPACT
For each cup of coffee, around fifty cherries
must be harvested, one by one per hand
from the tree.
“
We grow your
morning coffee with
heart & soul.
Fairtrade is not fair enough. In our vision, we strive for a greater appreciation of the everyday cup of coffee.
Because behind each of these cups there are many coffee farmers, who lovingly care for each coffee plant and deserve decent pay for their work, but also a balanced ecosystem with an incredible variety of insects and birds that need to be conserved and protected.
POSITIVE IMPACT
we walk the talk
Our wins may seem small, but they’re powerful in demonstrating that is possible to make the change.
We are proud and can’t wait to see this happening at scale.
TODAY
Recently, we've observed significant improvements in our workers' health due to reduced exposure to chemicals and their ability to plan for long-term commitments like education and housing.
TOMMOROW
TODAY
Pesticide Avoidance:: 15 Kilos
Herbicide Avoidance:: 3000 liters
Chemical F. Avoidance: 2400 Kilos
Native Tree Planting: 870
By undertaking these ecological practices, we are actively working towards protecting the home of the wildlife living in our farm and preventing harm to our soil, water and ecosystems. Imagine this impact at scale.
TOMMOROW
Join our campaign to protect 1000 m2 of tropical forest this year.
COMMUNITY
We also collaborate closely with other coffee stakeholders, giving us the ability to negotiate and make decisions about our product. Our ambition for 2030 is to create a community of eco-conscious coffee lovers and farmers working together towards positive impact.
COMMUNITY
Our work is guided by the Goals for Sustainable Development (SDGs) of the United Nations.
“Understanding that we are all dependent upon another, interconnected with others, with the people, with our nature, with our ecosystems and the animals who live in them.”
O2 collaboration
ONE METER MATTERS
O2 collaboration
In collaboration with O2 reserve, a foundation dedicated to the conservation of the tropical forest in Colombia our goal is to preserve 1000 of m2 this year.
The o2 reserve is home to endangered species like Jaguars, Curassow birds, pumas, monkeys, and many others.
1 Kilo = 5 m2 conservation of tropical forest in Colombia. Home to endangered species like Jaguars, Curassow birds and many others
For each subscription a native tree will be planted and supported for 3 years in the tropical forest of Colombia for you.
HEY, LISTEN
THERE IS NO
PLANET B
WE ENVISION A FUTURE...
Where people and planet are more important than profit.
Where the supply chain is purpose driven and creates benefits for all actors/stakeholders equally, we believe in collaboration rather than competition.
Where we as humans use our natural resources with intention and not in a careless way.
Where nature and humans co-exist in harmony.
WE ARE OPTIMISTIC
AND BELIEVE...
That we must act collectively now and be the change we want to see in the world.
That with our products and practices we can contribute to fight inequality, poverty and biodiversity loss and so heal the nature little by little.
That good things need time and must be enjoyed with intention.
TO FULFILL THIS
VISION IT REQUIRES...
Courage to act, change only happens if we take action.
Understanding that we are all dependent upon another, interconnected with others, with the people, with our nature, with our ecosystems and the animals who live in them and thus responsible for our impact.
Fairtrade is not fair enough.
